How to use multiple email ids from single gmail account ?

Gmail is one of the most used email service world wide web. Almost everyone on the web would be having at least one gmail account and most of us have more than one. But sometimes, it sees to be very boring while using multiple accounts as we have to login and log-out simultaneously from those multiple accounts.



So to avoid this boring issue, it would be nice to have one master email account which is able to send emails on behalf of different email addresses we have. Now there is option in gmail to integrate multiple email accounts into a single gmail account. Through this option we may send emails from our single email account, but with any of our email address that has been registered and integrated to the main account.

So to use this trick just follow the given below simple steps :

1) Log In to your gmail account.
2) Click on gear icon near top right corner and then select settings.

3) Now click on Accounts tab and then Add another email address you own. You may add the email address you own other than gmail also, like yahoo mail, etc.

4) Now a verification email would be sent to the address you specified. Now once verified that you own the email address specified, it will be integrated to your gmail account.

5) Now you can send emails from multiple email addresses you own, from a single account.

So this is a simple Trick use multiple email ids to send emails from a single gmail account.

Not only this, you may also access the emails of other accounts from this gmail account i.e. You need not to login to multiple email accounts simultaneously, to check the emails. Your master gmail account can even do this job also.

For this, follow these given below steps:

1) Log In to the gmail account that you wish to be accessed from the master account.

2) Click on gear icon near top right corner and then select settings.

3) Now click on Accounts tab and then from "Grant access to your account:", Add another account (only gmail).

4) Now a verification email would be sent to the address you specified. Now once verified, your master gmail account can have access to the account you granted permission.

5) You may now access the another account in the drop down by clicking your account photo in the top right corner and then selecting another email address you connected.
Note: It may take around 30 minutes for another account to be shown in your master account. So keep patience and have fun.

So this is a simple trick of accessing multiple emails of gmail accounts from a single master gmail account.
